General programmer requirements

• Excellent C++, OO and design pattern skills
• Good communication skills
• General awareness & understanding of game technologies
• Industry experience always useful but not essential
• Ability to work and self-motivate within a team environment
• Experience of Visual Studio development environment
• Strong 3D math and game programming skills
